SMS Alerts Notification
This is a transaction notification service via SMS to the bank’s customers on all transactions that pass through their accounts with the exception of the charges derived from transactions. SMS alerts are sent to all the customers of the bank who have a local mobile number on our core banking system. The message is sent immediately after the transaction is processed. The content of the message sent has the following:
- Debit transactions
- Credit transactions
- Name of depositor
- Name of payee
- Transaction date
- Account balance after the transaction.
